General Guest Policy
The points mentioned under each policy head are the general policy, followed by WELSTAYS and are not applicable for all the properties listed with “WELSTAYS”. The property owners or management own the right to mention any special policy and the users need to follow the property rules and service standards before booking.
1- Guest Profile-

2- Room Safety & Hygiene
- Every rooms are sanitized using bleach or other disinfectant
- Linens, Towels & Laundry are washed as per local guidelines
- Rooms are properly sanitized between stays
- Hand sanitizers are available in rooms
3- Smoking/Alcohol Consumption Rules
- Smoking within the premises are allowed
- Alcohol consumption within the premises is allowed
- Smoking within the room is allowed
- Alcohol consumption inside room is allowed
4- Wellness Programs

- Twin/Double bedded rooms are dependent on the availability
- Extra Mattress are as per the hotel's availability
- Excluded services are not provided complimentary
- Extra service may attracts extra payment or may not delivered if unavailable
- For the loss or theft of any guest room amenities, property manager may recover from the guest
16. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation charges will be levied in consideration to the time of cancellation before booking date.
- The property has the right to follow his own cancellation policy and the users need to go through the cancellation policy every time prior opting for booking on WELSTAYS website.
- Cancellation charges will be applied on each room on per night/day and per room basis.
