Q: How do I check the status of my current bookings?
A: On the homepage of the Welstays website, log in and hover over the “login icon" section on the top right. Click on "Bookings" to view the status of your bookings. On the app, you can go to the "Bookings" section to check the status of your bookings. You can check the status of “Payments”, “Pending Payment”, “Cancelled” and “Completed Payment”. You can also call our Customer Helpline number to inquire about the status of your booking.
Q: How do I cancel my booking?
A:You can cancel your booking by calling our Customer Support helpline at 7978272488 or through the "Bookings" section on the Welstays app or website (in case the booking was made directly with us).
Q: What are the policies for cancellation and refund?
A: The cancellation and refund policies are applied as per the displayed policies under the policy section of the platform "Welstays". The refund is processed within 7 to 12 working days.
Q: What happens if I do not cancel my reservation and do not turn up at Welstays on the arrival date?
A: Such a case is termed as a No Show. In the event of a no show, the entire booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Q: How to change my account information?
A:You can update the details in your account by following these steps: Website: Log in using your mobile number, go to "Profile", fill in your desired information, and click on save. Android: Click on the menu button, select "Edit", change the details, and save.
Q: What are the payment options available?
A: The advance payment only does not guarantee a confirmed booking. However, a complete payment can make sure the booking as confirmed. The pay-at-property option is not available in almost all properties. The addition of price for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are optional.
Q: What is the ID proofs required for booking?
A: Guests need to carry valid ID proofs which include Driving License, Passports, Govt. ID proofs like Aadhaar card, Voter ID, etc. PAN cards are not acceptable.
Q: Can the booking name be changed after confirmation?
A: The booking name cannot be changed after the booking confirmation.
Q: Can the room bookings made originally be modified?
A: The number of persons in a room cannot be increased in the created booking. For any such requirement, a fresh booking needs to be made with the cancellation of prior booking.
Q: How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
A: Customers can get sure about the booking confirmation after the generation of voucher and invoice.
Q: What if I need assistance while booking or modifying my booking?
A: The 24X7 hour support team will be available to assist you in booking and modification.
Q: Can I download my voucher and invoice after making a booking?
A: Yes, you can download your voucher and invoice from the user dashboard under booking management after the booking is made.
Q: Can I update my account information on "Welstays"?
A: Yes, you can update your account information from the "My Profile" section of your user dashboard.
Q: Can I make a booking for a group of people?
A: Yes, you can make a booking for a group of people. However, the availability of the rooms for the entire group may be subject to the room availability at the property.

A: The age restrictions for booking a wellness resort may vary by property. Customers are encouraged to check with the specific property for its age restriction policy.
